Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact. If the item does not meet these conditions-such as being opened or used - unfortunately, the return cannot be accepted, and any associated refund will be declined.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, like our Nature Balm, cannot be returned due to their nature. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
